Coming back as a spirit is not Regen unless your spirit was destroyed and you still weren't dead and the regenrated your soul.ProfessorKukui4Life said:

Kaguya was never given the chance to regenerate by Naruto or Sasuke.

- After Naruto cut her arm off, Sasuke went on the offensive to which after she deals with Sasuke, Naruto hits her and forces her to transform involuntarily.
- After Kakashi cut her arm, Naruto and Sasuke immediately went for the seal to which when Kaguya attempted to evade, Sakura punched her back down and she got sealed.

1) Scans. Also, he was dead, it's still not regen.
2) They don't "exist as chakra entities", their physical forms were created with the use of a human sacrifice and sustained through a forbidden technique that does not end unless it's disrupted.
3) Manifesting one's soul after dying is again, not regen. Otherwise ghosts would have regen.
4) Non-sequitur. Like I said, your train of logic is, "Obito can bring his soul back from the afterlife long enough to give Kakashi temporary control over his Mangekyo Sharingan, therefore Kaguya can regenerate from pure chakra."
There's also no indicatio in the story that her body was converted into chakra. That was an assumption you made.

So, souls don't exist as chakra in the human world despite being shown to and Souls can't crossover from the afterlife to the human world despite being stated and shown to....and Kaguya didn't recreate her body from a pure chakra state freshly healed...despite being shown to.Joseph619 said:

It's faulty to say she didn't need to transform, especially when her arm was still intact after Kakashi's strike. So unless you're telling me she needs to focus to heal a paper cut...

What you're doing is extrapolating the least likely possibility when it is never mentioned or noted in the narrative.
As I stated before, there's no indication that her body was actually converted into chakra. It was a forcible mutation that she later managed to regain control over. Nothing more.

As far as the souls from the other world thing goes, the scan you posted very clearly says "before I go to the next world". We all know taking souls from that world would require the person's DNA and a sacrifice for edo tensei.

Shapeshifting from chackra has already been debunked at times, as this thread shows:

Once she regenerated the Mantle Rikkudou / her clothes and her arm after the suppost "shapeshifting", you CAN NOT DENY that there was Regenerationn and basically, did not put all the arguments used in the thread that decided Kaguya as Mid-High, only used that, Madara and Juubito had feats between Low-Mid / Mid and automatically demoted Kaguya for this, but did not enter again to discuss the main reason she climbs like Mid-High Regenerationn.
Madara would only be killed for Guy, BEFORE absorbing the Divine Tree. Using PIS / Inconsistency in argument also does not work very well. Madara stayed for several minutes with the lower half of her body cut off, without regenerating, even though he showed that he COULD do it simply because the plot wanted to.
