i always found it weird that this guide main subject is kaguya's eyes which allows her to switch dimension, yet the caption says she CREATES dimensions with her eyes as she pleases.

Her dimension just needs to be larger than the planet for this to be a 3-A feat. She would have to move the universe away to spin space in order to bring her dimension to Naruto and Kakashi. If she didn't, then her dimension would be fused with the universe. It also states she rewrites the world, and you can't do what Kaguya did by rewriting 1 planet, so it should be universe
