This guy is stated to be Wall Level
but it doesn't make any sense when his AP states directly "Outsider's attacks are superior to bazooka missiles in damage".
According to here it's 6.65 mJ
converting to kJ is 665000, and that converting to Tons/Tonnes is about 0,1589, which would mean at least mid 9-A, but for sure not 9-B.

All RPG launcher like weapons in the wiki are 9-B, like the RPG-7, it's 9-A only with Thermobaric warhead but I don't think that's the one they use in the book
