i was told joker negates high godly regen so maybe its a stomp...
I thought tiers < hax and that reinhard had a bit of a hax advantage idk..

Reinhard's regen is only moderate. Instead, he gets totally reborn if he dies; like, the old corpse is still there.

idk, but most regen negation doesn't work on cloning-style regeneration.
