Try to understand the gap's between the tier's that you are using, and if you don't understand something about it, please ask for clarification from someone willing to answer and knowledgeable on the tiering system. Other scalers don't view Megami Tensei as a unified, holistic cosmology and often disregard many of the lore statements that would upgrade the characters.
