His more like a Half High 1-A from the Overvoid.

I don't understand that either. Half of infinity is still infinity. If TTR scales to Monitor Mind, he should be High 1-A himself (though largely below baseline).

Anyways, this is stomp regardless of how you slice it. Joker haxstomps TTR if they're equal, and the any ontological differences obviously lead to a similar outcome.
