Their AP should probably be comparable if the Terrarian doesn't have the advantage.Then, a single well placed luminite bullet, swing of the Solar Flare, shot of the Last Prism or Summon of the Stardust Dragon should end Akira. However, a single almighty attack would also end the Terrarian.

Besides the Terrarian one-shots anyway, and the Light Prism is honestly a terrible weapon compared to the Terrarian's usual danmaku in cases where he one-shots.
