1) Theoretically yes. But Superman would incapactiate Kira long before than due to vastly superior speed and range while Sheer Heart Attack wouldn't do jack to him.

2) Again, technically yes, but given that Superman is ridiculously superior in every category and can just freeze Vanilla Ice, not going to happen.

3) Yes.

4) Not sure about this one.

5) Superman would never be hit by it.

Given the chance yes for all except 4.

As for 5 and it hitting, implying he doesn't blitz Johnny which is clearly somethying that could happen, Johnny can transfer the infinite rotation through objects like a floor or even himself if he wanted to hit himself with it.

Essentially Supes can be hit if he's not careful even if he's not actually hit by it.
