JoJo: Purple Haze upgrade

Purple Haze is comparable to Star Platinum and Stone Free because he has A in Power

I suggest a upgrade

Stand states are fairly inconsistent so we don't usually use them (also it's probably an A thanks to the virus)

We don't use Stand stats anymore because they're quite inconsistent. We now scale Stands to feats and direct scaling.

Stand stats giving stats due to abilities while ignoring the physicality of the Stands is very consistent. PH's A in Power means little.
