Let's say that Trevor killed most of the Lost gang, except for Johnny.

This time, Johnny is at 2008 self aka peak/TLAD.

R1: H2H.
R2: They got equipment. They are limited to M4, Shotgun and a Desert Eagle.
R3: Full equipment, and both bloodlusted.

Obviously, Trevor's Rage mode is limited in all 3 Rounds otherwise it"ll be unfair.
