Kim was more skilled than Joe and was still beat so this isn’t really an issue. Joe fights people who are more skilled or experienced in boxing and still comes out on top.

From what I’ve seen from both profiles Joe was higher AP + Cross counter that will do massive damage if any variation hits. With his Precog and AD will allow him to adapt to Jean attacks faster than what he can do to him.

seems like Joe has the upper hand due to perception manip ngl, I have no idea how it works in detail but it seems a problem even if Jean has slow motion stuff. I'll mention Jean is an out boxer with range advantage so we also have to see if Joe can close the distances otherwise Jean will just keep him away, I'm not sure if his prec is enough to help him here.
