Jiren seals. Ayn is evil and with them being so close in AP Jiren would likely want this wrapped up. So I vote CHADren.

So, I don't know the difference in power, but if Omega is stronger, then Jiren's Reactive Power Level would likely close the gap.
Freezing isn't an instant win for Omega, and it can always be dodged
Jiren is more experienced and likely more skilled, and we see that it has no problems to quickly end a battle and incap his opponents.
The great variety of powers that Omega has would surely be a good weapon, but he is also arrogant and didn't defeat ssj4 Goku immediately even after becoming stronger than him.
I see Jiren as the winner, he would be able to lead the battle in his favor and ultimately seal Omega.

Truuue. In the manga Jiren has like Broly level of adaptation, it’s ridiculous.
