Jiraiya vs Orochimaru

I'm sorry if this is page is on the wrong forum or section or something but i'm new to the wiki and as such I do not know much about it. Versions: Current Jiraiya(before he died) and Current Orochimaru Distance: 30ft apart Conditions: They both have all there powers and abilities, morals off, no P.I.S or C.I.S, no BFR, and they both fight to the death and neither can retreat from the battle only way to escape is death Scenario 1 : Base form Jiraiya vs base form Orochimaru Scenario 2: Sage Mode Jiraiya vs Current Orochimaru(His post on DC list him at Town+ however I have no idea what form that he can produce that level of power as there is no key for him or Jiraiya) Battle Field:Huge open plain with lots of trees and some lakes for water jutsu's Note: For people who comment please actually discuss and explain why you think and certain character would win.Have fun!

Orochimaru

This is a difficult fight.

Base Orochimaru vs Base Jiraiya: I think i'll go with Orochimaru mainly because of immortality.

Current Orochimaru vs Sage Mode Jiraiya: I will say Jiraiya extremely high diff, for the following reasons.

i) Jiraiya is much stronger physically and Cho Odama Rasengan should be able to severely hurt Orochimaru (Orochimaru said that he would die if he KN4 Naruto's Large Town level bijuu bomb hit him so i think a Town level rasengan that is similar in function as the bijuu bomb will have some good chance of hurting him)

ii) Probably faster

iii) Knows sealing jutsu's so while having an edge in power he can find a chance to seal Orochimaru

iv) Jiraiya was able to fight Pain a guy that Orochimaru followed as his leader for a while.
