Okay then: - Not sure who has the AP advantage since both seem far above baseline, with Jiang seemingly being more impressive in the AP department. - The Eyes that see the Truth seem busted as fluff. - Monocle doesn't resist anything she has yet she definitely resists everything he has.
Overall I vote Jiang as she seems to have a good amount of advantages, with everything Monocle currently has she can easily counter.
