Yea but Arthur goes for the neck in character and Jeff with his better fighting experience can casually dodge this. He got only one knife kill in entire movie and that was when Randall was off-guard. Also I see Jeff needs to be really high into 9-C cus he got Superhuman Physical Characteristics instead of Peak Human.

Rather quickly, as in comparable to normal humans. It took hours at the least, and none of that has anything to do with surviving a bullet to the head.

If it isn't a vital area he probably will not bleed out, but yeah probably. Issue is Jeff is arguably as strong as Joker, and has more fighting exp.
