The part where he breaks down a door? I'm pretty sure an Athlete can do that.

Your random-ass human off the street could pull that off. Well, most of them couldn't, but people who knew what they were doing could.
I think he's street class cause the force of his punches are being scaled to Composite Human, who could also strike that hard.

I don't see any good reason for his street level ap, also him taking that door that was very weak. That door was not thick or that strong. And one punching someone, even athletic people can do that.

On what level of harm are you talking about, can they defeat him so badly that his on the floor or are you talking about getting a single or 2 punch on him.
If they can't fight him on equal ground or even can't defeat him. then they're not on his level.

He hasn't shown any 9-c ap, only 9-c durability. We should lower his ap to 10-a.

If there is no justification for his Street level rating then he should be downgraded

Bourne can snapped Castel's bones by breaking his leg and his arm, and sending him flying on the table with a single kick. I think he should be Wall Level on par with Ethan Hunt and John Wick
