Okay, so in Season 3 Episode 9 Janet's void is stated to be outside Space and Time, and is tied to her essence.

Her Void is also stated to erase people, where Janet (Or possibly the others by themselves) put the four into a replica of her body.

This means multiple things:

1. Janet('s body) has EE Resistance.

2. Jannet is 5-D (Outside of Space and Time) or has Immeasurable speed (And or both)

3. The Protags have Mid-Godly regen or Janet can give Mid-Godly regen.

4. Janet may have Soul/Essence Manipulation.

Time = 4-D (Assuming low ball)

This has been stated over and over again. Being outside of something =/= completely transcending it. otherwise, numerous characters who are outside of space and time would be High 2-A, which isn't the case. in fact, now that you mention it, even a lot of people with just infinite speed would be 5D based on this, which is wrong too.

Without any further context being outside space and time isn't immediately an extra dimension level up. You haven't really linked to a transcript or clip or anything so I can't evaluate anything beyond that.

Immeasurable speed is fine, but I don't see much else being needed

Janet should has pocket reality manipulation, and immensurable speed (Just like Michael). And Michael should has Resistance to EE or Void manipulation by not being affect for the side effects of Janet's Dimension.
