Because this match is just hilarious to me, and Bond is on a crusade to fight every 9-B and 9-A possible.

I'm assuming Bond doesn't have his 9-A rockets and if that's the case...

Yeah. I mean even if he did have his 9-A rockets or his Vanquish which also has 9-A rockets, Bean's probability manipulation makes most the rockets miss or somehow backfire anyway

Bean wins without even knowing. The bad luck he just spreads while being supernaturally lucky himself is gonna make it impossible for Hands to really get a good win.

Round 1. His gun jams. His rocket self fires and James dies

Round 2. James fires a gun. Mr Bean bends over cause he sees a coin on the ground and the bullet bounces off of a random sheet of metal placed in just the right spot to kill James

Round 3. Mr Bean goes Mr. Bombastic and charges to attack him. James gets ready to counter and finish with his knife. But as he does, the famous blue car losss it's wheel and crashes into James kill him.


Or Mr. Bean comes up with his fireworks and explodes James with them.

Even assuming he had the missiles. Bean takes this way too many times on accident. And the rest of the times also on accident. And he physically dominates a spy.
