So, this one is going to be very quick and straightforward. Jack Napier Joker is ranked at 10-B AP and 9-B dura, due to taking a beating from Batman, but being unable to damage his armor, almost breaking his arm. Thing is, almost breaking your own arm IS a feat, in this context, a wall one since Joker has wall durability. And to avoid the problem of him being scaled to a guy he seemingly couldn't damage, the reason he nearly broke his arm is because he punched in the chest area, where there's the most armor covering Bruce. So Burtonverse Joker should be wall level
