Well, Gon has been shown to deal with enemy way faster than him, so speed equalized... then Gon could just charge up Jajanken, wait for Izuku to come to him, then blast the living gut from Izuku's body.

Anyways... Izuku is a bit smarter, but considering that his powers damage him greatly, and Gon has a similar level and type of power that he can use, he'll be at a huge advantage. He could easily tank a Detroit Smash with Nen, and then counter with a Janken.
