Izuku Midoriya vs Spider-Man (MCU) - Redux

Does him starting with 5% mean he can later go up to 100%?

AP and Dura: Mostly equal overall, Izuku likely has the slight advantage but not enough to take the win.
Speed: Equal, otherwise Spidey blitzes as he's likely getting MHS+ reactions soon enough. That said being able to web swing at every turn grab onto walls etc does neat just running.
Skill: Izuku takes the skill department without question, he's fought far more varied opponents despite the limitations he's had while being able to overcome them as well as be able to best even some of the greatest students around such as Todoroki. Spider is skilled enough to keep up however, as he's fought opponents just as versatile as some opponents in MHA such as the vulture as well as being able to come up with strategies on the fly, plus his onboard computer and Analysis is not to be underestimated.
Abilities: Spidey has multiple ways to restrain Izuku along with a variety of superior ranged attacks and his range game will be an absolute bitch to Izuku, and Spidey can just Range spam if he needs to while Izuku needs to get close to take the advantage, which is absolutely possible due to his superior skill, but not at all guaranteed, and if not he gets trapped in a Web.
