Gotta have to go with Deku, higher AP (Shoto was calced at 421 ton while sonic is 225 ton)

Clasic sonic dosn't have the best combat experiance and skill especially if we take away his main tactic, speed, by equalizing it. Midoria is also smarter and more strategic in battle

The calc for Izuku was 400 tons. The original Sonic calc was like 500 tons, but the revised version was like 240 tons.

The old one was from Narutoforums. Someone on this site redid it, and got a much lower result. This is the one we now use.
