Okay, let me try here a bit.

First thing's first thing. Izuku has gotten the based LS Meta going for him, having a massive LS advantage over Shez, so if he manages to capture Shez with Black Whip, or just grabs a hold of her in general, it's over... Although, I am pretty Shez can escape from grabs with her TP. And if Izuku has the chance, Fa Jin and Gearshift is going to Shez like a trunk.

Maybe Rusty can add Smth else out since I wanna move onto Shez. She... uh... Base!Shez notable 2.27x AP/Dura advantage over 100%!Deku is going to help out in the long run. In addition, I am pretty sure a 6.26x speed advantage is pretty much almost in the blitz zone, so that's going to suck-although, since Shez's movement speed is only in the subsonic range, Izuku is going to have an easy time in staying the frick away and just belting her at a distance, especially since SBA has them start at 4km, IIRC.

Spin can explain Shez's hax. I have no idea how the heck Shez's death hax works, but that's probs important to talk about.

Doesn't Deku have some really stacked constantly adapting Analytical Prediction that helped him through an actual blitz difference before back in the Nagant fight where he didn't have Gearshift to help him? That will certainly mitigate the speed difference somewhat.

Yes he has that but he needs time to adapt, and against an opponent who can just cut off his head in one go isn't going to work.

A over 6x speed advantage is beyond Izuku's ability to handle. Even with max Gearshift + Fa Jin, which blitz anyone on par with himself, he'll still be several times slower than Shez. He's going to be moving in slow motion in her eyes. She can easily see anything he tries to do and ignore it with shear speed.

The time it takes Izuku to land one punch, she'd have already hit him six times. Considering the fact she's using swords and is over 2x stronger, she'll easily slice limbs off.

She's strong enough to stomp 5.6 Exaton characters with her Awakening as well. That is a massive stomp. Izuku has zero chance in that case.

Seems like their massive abilities should overwhelm with ease.

Very curious on what Izuku not having any magic resistance will do. Does he just get instantly one shotted if he gets hit by magic?

She mainly fight with her twin blades, one regular one and one argathan blade (aka a blade that she can summon and unsummon at will) mixed with a little bit of magic.
She have also pretty good acrobatics that she take full advantage of. She is also pretty skilled (look here for more information, as of that key she scale to the Playable Cast (War Arc)). Her melee attacks can strike from several meters.

The single deadliest thing about her is her unique ability 'Shadowflash' that she spam the hell of which possess two effects:

• Every single one of her blows has a small chance to inta-kill if they land.
• She can teleport around however she please in a thought.

She use it combined with her instinctive action to do feat like dodging a point blank attack out of timestop. Here's how it look like when Shez fight (Note: Shez was possessed at the time but the one that possessed her was using her body and her powers.

She can enter a state of awakening where her stats increase to the point where she can instantly shatter a barrier that she could previously not get through or kill someone comparable to her in a single blow. In an awakened state, she get Immortality Type 2 and it allow her to come back fully conscious from almost blacking out.

Magic does not insta-kill but ignore physical durability, which mean than even an heavily amored dude can get one-shotted if they have poor magic resistance. So magical attacks will just go straight through Izuku.

I should add that while the CRT hasn't been accepted yet there is an ongoing CRT that would raise her AP from 5,6 to 25,5 Exatons.

Sounds like this fight is a stomp to begin with. The upgrades just makes it more obvious.
