Rules:

Fight takes place in an abandoned city

They start half a block away from eachother

Fight ends in either knock out or death

The fighters have no prior knowledge of eachother

Tsukune (Modified Human)

So, who wins?

Tsukune takes it via youjutsu if he can use it as modified human. If not, due to superior overall stats at base.

1 million percent will probably wreck him though as that attack is Building Level despite his opponent cushioning most of the force of his attack.
