Roshi easily win with a massive skill advantage. That's not even going into his other abilities which makes this fight even more obvious.

I don't see how this "fight" can be considered notable, Izuku has zero chance of landing a single hit unless Roshi decides to take a hit for some reason.

In terms of AP. Roshi scales above someone who made a joke out of Mercenary Tao, who can one hit kill a 3 Ton character with his tongue. So I honestly doubt their stats are even that different. Regardless Roshi is massively superior in terms of hand-to-hand fighting than any character in the MHA verse.

He can paralyze with pressure points, immobilize with his electric attack, and even place people to sleep with hypnosis. While Izuku has punches/kicks, and air bullets that are weaker than his own physical attacks.

I'm not going to say stomp for everything, but I don't see how anyone would think Izuku can win this fight or even question who would win between them.

Roshi without a doubt wins.
