They nullify soul based powers, so no JoJo characters with stands could beat them

Hamon is too relant on close range to do much

Psychic powers are obviously a no-go.

The only thing that can defeat the Assassins are ones with biological powers

Time to throw characters at a wall until something breaks it

Culexus walks a billion circles around him while sleeping and floors Deku accidentally due his skill advantage. Skill stomp to hell and back, then to hell and back again, repeat literally an infinite number of times, and you're still not close to the amount of skill stomping that's happening here.
 
Putting skill aside, Izuku would fight handicapped due to Cuelux's presence causing him mental pain AND he gets lovetapped by Blanks touches.

Yeah unfortunately, this doesn't really work out.

I think it's on the file already but if I screwed up the intelligence section, it should have noted that every assassin is able to process enough information to give sensory overload to a veteran space marine as if it was second nature, veteran space marines being hundreds to thousands of years old. They also need to function alone throughout the Galaxy and have a super amazing knowledge of alien and human biology, further enhancing their killing aptitude. They're one of the imperium's deadliest weapons and not to be underestimated.

Legit, the CA could have no powers whatsoever here minus being 8-C and still just stomp off of skill.
