Apparently heavens door has an extremely range but the range is not specified . If it is a 100 meters itd should be an easy win. If not we got a problem .
Nevermind, I thought he happened to be tier 7 with far higher range .
Turns out he actually has lower ap than rohans durability and less range than heavens door. Which means Rohan would be able to hit him first .
I know that but all it needs is one glance at Itachi's eyes, even by accident. It's very hard to fight Itachi without prior knowledge. If Rohan goes straight for his artbook Itachi is dead.
I vote for Rohan. This fight really comes down to 2 ends: If Itachi looks at Rohan's manuscript then he loses. If Rohan looks Itachi in the eye he loses. Rohan is all about that quick draw, and it is complete in character to just open up Itachi the second the battle starts. Since Intel isn't on, Itachi has no reason not to look at some outline in the air but Rohan will actually pull out his attack before he does anything else.
This may have actually been one of the few instances were sick itachi would have won but prime itachi would have lost, since that blindness would have been a major advantage
