Damn I would have to rewatch Megan's or her father's scenes and see how many she could affect. Idk if yall dropped the young justice subject but I remember that in the finale of season 3 that Megan planned to mind hax the entire Justice League all at once since they were all mind controlled or something, which included her father and people like Superman. Idk how that scales to random no name civilians but I would have to research more. I just doubt she would absolutely do nothing against Itachi.

That essentially. Because as IIRC Itachi's Mind Hax Resistance scaling is something like this:

If miss martian uses mind hax as a first move wouldn't it be a stomp either way. Either itachi genjutsus right off the bat or miss martian mand hax's right off the bat. And the one with the more potent mind hax would stomp

the chakra flow is in the chakra pathway of the body, even if someone tries to inject chakra in someone outside of narutoverse, it will be useless, because they do not have a chakra pathway

Well that sucks, Also was it stated that the chakra pathway was needed for chakra to exist? Cant they like put chakra inside their head or something, cause chakra can exist outside of the pathways cause ninjas can amplify their strength by doing so and sometimes they'll have chakra overflowing from their bodies. and stuff like naruto's cloak which is just chakra thats outside of his body.outside of the verse, yes

Also its stated that the mangekyo can side step the need of flowing the brain itself when trapping someone in a genjutsu, they just have to pour chakra into their eyes and then they'll get trapped (Although they could just be talking about side stepping the idea of having to look at someone, but I feel like it can also mean that the mangekyo can side step having to control the brain)
