An interesting match-up. Itachi's genjutsu probably won't work on Mogami at all, given he is an evil spirit and possesses incredible mental manipulation abilities. Though I'm not sure if Mogami would able to draw out his full power possessing the body of a regular girl, based on the keys being used, since that was never made clear.

Itachi is an Edo Tensei, meaning he has incredible regenerative abilities, but Mogami also has as well (To be honest, Mogami's key should be changed to his full-power spirit form to make things fair). Mogami doesn't have a way of really defeating an Edo Tensei: it's possible he could absorb Itachi's soul the same way that he can absorb evil spirits to strengthen himself, though I'm not positive that would work. Itachi has his ninjutsu skills, the Amaterasu, and his taijutsu, while Mogami has telekinesis and his army of evil spirits at his disposal.

However, I think that ultimately, Itachi would win by using the Totsuka Blade and sealing Mogami away after analyzing the situation and realizing Mogami's power. That's the one thing Mogami doesn't appear to have any resistance towards, since he was easily imprisoned by Matsuo after having been defeated by Mob's ??? form.
 
With the new chakra revision pretty sure he can, not that it matters since mogami can resist it. The real treat here are the totsuka blades, wich he will definitely resort to using against an intangible with high regen.

The weird thing here is that Mogami starts in the body of a Daimyō's daughter. Unlike most ghosts Mogami can use his powers while in the body of a non-esper human, albeit heavily weakened since terrible conductivity of esper energy. (He also can't be sensed while inside the body of a human, like when an entire room filled with espers couldn`t sense him, including Mob who could tell a building was haunted a few city blocks away. But it's not on the profile so no need to take that in consideration.) But he can just get out of her the moment he notices Itachi is dangerous.

Mogami opens with memory reading followed by either mindhax (if he believes they can't resist) or releasing his thousands of spirits to attack and try to possess against spiritual opponents, or lifedrain when facing human ones. His memory reading allowed him to instantly know everything about mob's life from an internal outlook, like what happened during it, his powers, the people he knew and how he perceived them, while the mindhax that followed allowed him to edit mob's memories, such as making him forget he had a brother, making him forget he had powers, making him forget about his friends (wich not only made him unable to use his ESP powers but also made him lose passive stuff such as his barrier and his % progression/emotional empowerment. But it wouldn't take Itachi's Low-godly or Edo tensei physiology away from him.) In this case however he wouldn't be able to make the mental world according to Itachi's memories and deploy ghosts as actors while trapping him inside since that would require Itachi to try astral projecting into his plane (wich he well, can't lol.) Mogami's mind hax was able to bypass base mob's resistance, who in turn was able to easily resist God dimple's mindhax, who had already controlled 2 million people including espers who are naturally resistant and was growing stronger by the minute.

If Mogami decides to go with the ghosts then itachi can easily deal with them. They can possess people and ghosts alike and in the manga nearly managed to overcome mob's resistance. Thing is Itachi has his Susanoo wich should block the ghosts from entering and a single swing of the Totsuka blade would seal them in a mental world.

Lifedrain wouldn't work on itachi.

The Totsuka blade is easily his best beat in defeating Mogami, since sealing is how he was defeated in the webcomic. But considering his LS superiority and Telekinesis he could easily send Itachi away or stop him from swinging the blade, but Itachi is so much more skilled and such a better tactician that i can easily see him still pulling it off.( It could also be argued Mogami can break free of the sealing assuming the dreamlike genjutsu world is a mental plane rather than a material one, considering Mogami could exit his mental world any time he wants, or that he should be able to create cracks between the mental plane and reality like Mob did against him, but that would be too assumptuous.)

So, imo Mogami wins this 7/10 unless Itachi's mind resist as an Edo tensei is higher than Mogami's mind hax ( at wich point it becomes a quasi stomp, since his only wincon would be getting a ghost to possess Itachi before he can deploy his Susanoo, wich is unlikely due to huge skill difference and infinite chakra.)

That isn't enough to Bypass Itachis Resistence
Itachis Resistence>Tsukuyomi>Perfect Jin Resistence>Itachis Sharingan Genjutsu>P2 Sakuras Resistence>Kakashis Genjutsu>Sakuras Resistence>Kabutos Genjutsu
And Numbers don't matter anymore
Also while its not on the profile lesser sharingan users (Beginning of P2 Sasuke) can astral project into Narutos Mindscape
 
I was pretty sure numbers still mattered, just less than resistance bypassing (like as a tiebreaker factor at least)
If we go purely by resistance bypassing it's 100% Mob's resistance/Mogami's resistance>Mogami mindhax>base mob resistance>God dimple 2M+ followers resistance>Teruki resistance>God dimple 2M resistance>fodder espers >Regular dimple then Itachi stomps (specially since imo Tsukuyomi should outright count as resistance negation).

Assuming the mind hax itself doesn't work, the mind reading would also help him, but not nearly enough. Itachi should easily have the skill to dodge omnidirectional attack from the ghosts and if they start shapeshifting and growing he can just shield himself with Susanoo (wich i asssume would also protect from below) that + the infinite chakra from Edo easily leads to a scenario where Mogami can at best stall him from sealing with TK (and his TK profficiency is lower than Mob's iirc, so itachi can likely outsmart him and bypass it, specially if he makes clones.

Also, the astral projection wouldn't need to be used here since it's a battle scenario, so Mogami would probably leave the girl on his own.
