You should preferably use scans from the series instead of information from a fanmade site. Canceling an attack on an island to protect it does indicate that there would at least be a significant amount of damage which wouldn't necessarily be the outright destruction on the island.

If the girl in the in that one image is the character you are referring to, then that does appear to be valid.

The statement does indicate that level of power.

This is about an instance of him losing power. I don't know much about the series but if he can prevent himself from rampaging under similar circumstances, then he has at least better control than he did back then.

It does look like as if she transformed into an angel-like entity though without a direct statement or more context it's certainly a bit little as evidence.
