Isabeau de Bavière vs Dobermon

If I remember correctly the first time she appeared she just combusted a random guy. The other time when she fought the France Army she started off by draining their strength. After that she mostly just spams energy blast in both her magical woman and witch form.
 
So depending on what she does, she either

A) Combusts the dog.

B) Gets her abilities nulled.

C) Gets her essence erased by Shwartz Strahl.
