Well time Tells no Lies is his Fullbring Ability.
What tsukushima can do is insert his presence into the targets past and change it to his liking.
I also dont understand reallz what is happening with his ability since he speaks like that, so i thought i would ask people

Sounds like causality manipulation, since he is altering past events, or time travel + duplication since he is inserting himself on the past

i think i figured it out after reading some more, he basically makes contracts with a so called god of time, and in exchange for Time of something or someone he gains power.
He absorbed the Time From that Huge Tree and gained power which is capable of contending with Meninas who has equal physical strength to Kenpachi.
Not really sure this is all to it,the way he talks about it is pretty confusing
Although he later makes a comment about how she cant budge the flow of time(him).
