I was wondering what level of Regenerationn would these ghosts from Danny Phantom have for this feat.
Mid-Godly & High-Godly
Mid-Godly: The ability to regenerate even after the complete destruction of the body and soul/mind.
'High-Godly: The ability to regenerate after erasure from all aspects of existence, such as from history, narrative/plot, or conceptual/information destruction.
Crystal Leviathan, Empress She-Wolf, Scarlet Samurai
In the episode "Reality Trip", the Gem of Fantasy turns three people into ghost supervillains and are later destroyed by the Guys in White, leaving only the humans left.
At the end of the episode Danny uses the Reality Gauntlet to not only erase everyone's memories but also put everything back to the way it was before.
Reality was brought back to the day before Freakshow started everything which means Crystal Laviathen, Empress She-Wolf and Scarlet Samurai don't exist because they never came into existence.
However, in the final episode of the series we see all three of them in the group of ghosts surrounding Danny. This means even after they got destroyed and erased from existence, they came back. While the time it took them is unknown, Danny remains 14 throughout the series so it was less then a year and "Reality Trip" was also around the end of season 2.
