Is this immortality type 9?

Immortality Type 9 is not about being a higher being, it's about your True Form being that of one, and you yourself being an Avatar or projection of sed being.

Hmm so what exactly would being a higher being qualify as? These beings are called “Infinite” in comparison to regular 3-D beings and exist in a higher plane of existence/Base their forms depending on whoever they’re talking to and have no true set form while in the main universe

If they have transcended beyond the normal universe, then I can see them being Low 1-C based on what you have said.
