It seem to be CM but I'm not sure.

The entity is Pure Consciousness. Before creation, all things existed within it as one essence. And from that, differentiation was made and the universe was created

Will all creation be conceptual? Since all creation initially existed in that Primordial Mind

It's already independent from reality, since all creation only to be participated to Consciousness, yeah i guess it's definitely Concept type 1
