Is this calc stacking?

So I can make a Pidgeot profile. Ash's Pokedex, after scanning Pidgeot when it evolves, he gets on it to battle a Fearow. The scan states that Pidgeot can fly at twice the speed of sound. Would I be able to use KE of Ash on Pidgeot or no?

I dont think so...? Its a set speed so i dont believe that would be calc stacking, but i could be wrong.

lol. I'm gonna make the profile. Hopefully better feats come up from everyone's favorite bird of Ash's, and can upgrade him.

It can also learn Twister, which is literally just a tornado. And even then just by flapping its wings it can cause large trees to bend.

Pidgeotto dealt dealt damage to several tree's in the anime just by using Gust. And as Weekly stated, Twister is an option. The energy of a Tornado is MCB+ if I recall.

Just edit the profile as y'all see fit. The profile will be Wall+ for now, but you guys can change it to anything in tier 8. That fits anyway.
