Is This an Ability?

Imagine a character that has been recently transformed from an animal into a humanoid state possessing supernatural powers. Prior to this, they only had animalistic intelligence. The transformation was entirely natural, possessing no external components that would grant them any heightened awareness or anything of the sort. Despite this, upon their transformation, they immediately gain intelligence on par with a human, as well as an in-depth understanding of their own nature, how they came into being, how their powers work, and how their weaknesses work. What ability would this be, if any?

If this something that happens with no any background context. This is probably natural and inherent knowledge (natural part of the character's transformation, not granted by any external force or artifact) or a type of self-sufficient (informational); well, the character is self-sufficient in their understanding, allowing them to navigate their new existence and powers with confidence and skill from the outset.

However, as far as I know, there is no direct equivalent of this type of ability in the wiki, so you will either mention these types of feats in the intelligence section or tou will list the feats directly in the profile under the name "inherent knowledge" etc without linking to any official power and abilitie pages, as is often done when encountered with such case.

I can't really put it in the intelligence section since this would be for a physiology page. Although mentioning it in the P&A section without a direct link to any powers is a good solution, I think.

How about this?

How about this?
Nah. Definitely not.

Anyway, I think this is just a limited transformation. Even if the character can't transform back, it should still count.

Adaptation doesn't cover knowledge, so it seems inappropriate here.

I mean, I've already got the transformation aspect indexed, my question is moreso in regards to immediately understanding the nature of that transformation.

I don't think any of them are works here (don't need explain the reasons), many verses already contain beings such as Angels and Demons, innately who know how to use their powers well, but there is no special ability in their pages for this.

That's... not even remotely the same thing. People don't just automatically understand the limitations and weaknesses of an ability immediately after learning it, that sort of thing takes time. So if a character has a feat of gathering the ins and outs of a new ability moments after gaining it, then that's pretty notable.
