See but there were no views of the town that actually showed it's full size and if even if the town is a town that exists in real life it's name was never stated so over all there really isn't anything this town could scaled to in size. The only good info that was given about this feat in general was the fact that it was an entire town that was pulled underground. The reason I never put this feat on the calc request thread was because of this lack of info given on this feat.
But could we agree that pulling a town underground should probably be Low 7-C to 7-C as a reasonable low ball given that the (EMH) Graviton calc came out to be almost city level+ just because Graviton lifted a part of New York City. This character being Low 7-C or 7-C would actually make a lot of sense since he was already going to be At least 8-A before pulling the town down because he can effortlessly damage characters who survived this explosio without a scratch.

Well we can always assume the size of a real life town for reference. Most, if not all calcs make some kind of assumption like that.
Although I may be highballing, I think that feat, as you're describing it, sounds like a Small City level feat. If Graviton has that feat, then I don't think we need to worry about the 7-C one.

I'd say 7-C, yes.

I did a calc with a small town in Japan, 49.75 km^2 by 438m average elevation, the results gave me High 7-C by moving it at 10 m/s, so probably around there. Of course, that's assuming the town moves freely without obstruction.
