Seems like it would get 2-B, or most likely a "possibly" since Time isn't the most reliable (memory being erased), and the statement being about litteral millions rather than a figure of speech being arguable.

the statement of erasing all universes comes from Nil, Nil doesnt have her memories erased, but I am fine with possibly 2-B
