Is space-time manipulation by its very nature a 4D hax?

I had the same question in mind, I think it's considered a smurf Hax? (4D)

i dont think 'space-time manipulation' is an existing ability in the wiki, unless you mean the combination of both space and time manpulation
by definiting it doesnt give any tier because you can have a 2 dimensional cosmology made of 1 temporal dimension on a 1 dimensional line, and so the spacetime manip would be 2D ? so not necesserly 4D
(you can say it gives at least 2-D powers because its the combination of two distinct dimensions, and so at least one of each)
giving spacetime manipulation a tier would kinda be giving most timestop abilities uni+ AP no ? as the temporal dimension would be 4D (in most cosmologies) on its own by encompassing uncountably many 3D snapshots, but i dont think dio is uni+ on the wiki

i dont think it would, unless you scale the ability based off the destruction of a spacetime or the ability is able to destroy/create/significantly affect it maybe ?
