Is perceiving 9 dimensions a 1-C feat ?

In real life, being 9-Dimensional is likely required to properly perceive them. However, fiction is very inconsistent in general, so I do not think that this is a reliable gauge in itself.

This, depends on the laws of physics, it's a possibility if they have done so. But it seems illogical, because it doesn't demonstrate a real world view.

SCP-239 displayed similar feats.

@Antavasima & ProspectX:

What if the verse in question follows normal laws of physics ?

I still consider it as insufficient proof. We need explicit statements about the character actually being 9-dimensional itself.

Is it enough for possibly 1-C ?

There is still a difference between that and greatly transcending the power needed to destroy infinite universes.

What character are you asking about anyway?

Also, Stephen Hawking claims to be able to think in 11 dimensions, without being more than 3D himself.
