Never thought I would see an Eleceed profile this soon but I feel he should be at least mhs via chain scaling and building level/ far higher via chain scaling

Normal speed jinwoo(first speed feat shown during the car accident)<<full speed jinwoo(jin woo vs jinsuk)<<force control<<mastered force control,far higher could completely blitz duke who is comparable to jinsuk amp speed

Also lighting manipulation via kayden force control
