Is moonlight enough justification for lightspeed? (She-Ra)

In She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, Elemental Princesses connected to the Moonstone (Glimmer and Angella), sorcerers of Mystacor (Shadow Weaver, Castaspella, Micah), and She-Ra are all capable of generating and even manipulating, in the case of the former two, a magical light energy. This alone would not qualify for lightspeed, but it is later revealed in the series and then further confirmed by the creator and showrunner that the Princesses connected to the Moonstone and the sorcerers of Mystacor draw this magical light from the natural moonlight, which moves at the speed of light. The light that She-Ra creates is also virtually identical in appearance and properties to the light that the former two generate and manipulate. Would that qualify their Photokinesis for Speed of Light attack speed, since this would largely impact the verse's speed in general.

Also, unrelated to lightspeed, but related to the verse, how much AP would it take to cause volcanic eruptions as a baseline?

I mean, we don't give Speed of Ligth to anyone who uses sun light, so I don't see how this is any different.
