Fair, I wanted to use it to upgrade one character from Len'en based on the fact that the creator said that Tsurubami had the strength of the entire military force of the world combined with nukes included.

You can make a calc request if you don't know how to do it yourself, although if it's just a statement, in general most nukes are Low 7-B to 7-B individually, and are 6-C altogether according to this assuming this dude just literally has all military power in one.
