Is an in-game timer evidence of a temporal component?

I've seen the Sonic cosmology page address that 4th Dimensional Space is 5-D due to having a temporal component, and the sole evidence is an in-game timer.

Can this kind of evidence also be used for other verses?

Pffft. You, uh, might wanna check this link.

Also, you should go back and read the cosmology page because that's not why Fourth Dimensional Space is 5-D and it has NOTHING to do with a timer. I don't even think you're thinking of the right game

Not without any additional context

Btw, every single universe has a space-time continuum by default so you don't need any explicitly evidence if you want to prove the existence of a temporal dimension on Pepsi-Man's main universe

I remember the blog used the timer due to other examples of it being an In-Canon thing (Such as in the Egg Reverie Zone, per example)
Which blog, the cosmology one or a hax one of some sort? I don't think the timer was ever used as a legit argument aside from the Time Switches in SA2.

Egg Reverie Zone's timer thing is purely evidence of the Ruby's Time Manipulation abilities.

But we don't take these 2 instances and try to canonize the timer in all instances henceforth (and if somebody tried, I'm gonna have words for them)

Didn't saw you guys created a new cosmology blog, haven't following Sonic threads on a long while

But yeah, the In-Game timer is used as evidence (Even if it is support evidence) for a temporal component, i remember that @JJSliderman argued the timer being canon due to the Egg Reverie Zone on the previous cosmology blog of his own

(and if somebody tried, I'm gonna have words for them)
Bro will make the person who argue this disappear and never be seen again

Apology, i misworded, i meant to talk about the temporal component, not the entirety of the 5-D reasoning.
Pepsi-Man's main universe
