I doubt that Tony will make use of the spider-sense considering he used it once, the nanosprite might or might not work considering Ares physiology against early poisons and diseases.

True but its still naturally built into his suit, and is resisting earthly disease and poison the same as resisting highly advanced technology shutting down your organs?

Ares is a lot slower so he'd have a hard time hitting tony.

And how's he getting past Tony's forcefields?
