the regen can be gone if Invincible destroy her gem, also the regen is not really combat applicable, gems need time to regen in a proper and good state, only amethyst regen after a while, and it eventually affect her form, Garnet is not idiot to regen in a bad state like amethyst, pearl took 2 weeks to regen because she knows the danger

Weaknesses: Enough damage to her physical form can make her unfuse back into Ruby and Sapphire. Further damage to them will revert them back to their vulnerable gem forms which can be broken and destroyed

All Gems have combat applicable regen actually, even Pearl and Garnet have shown the ability to regen fully after only a minute or two and all Gems have combat-applicable Low-Mid regen without needing to fully regnerat from their Gem

They can, but they regen in a not good or proper state, anyways, a minute or two can be bad enough and let them vulnerable, but still, Garnet has thousand years combat experience and its way stronger, Invincible wont damage her gem nor destroy garnet body to force a regen
