Invincible season 3 discussion

I see. No, I don't want to help with anything.
Can't you at least remove from the verse's page then ? Early Mark has other feat worth calculating so it's not like it'd be Unknown for long

I'm not allowed to do that... why do you think I can?

In order for a calculation to be removed, someone needs to make a calc group thread to discuss what's wrong with the calculation. Once multiple calc group members agree that the calculation is wrong, it can then be considered rejected.

After that, there needs to be a CRT that explains how the profiles will change without this calculation.

Also lol pushing the moon with all these unknown variables isn’t the same as bench-pressing under Earth’s gravity. Could be a dozen orders of magnitudes less impressive depending on details
It’s been calced, at barest minimum its large country

Does anyone want to give their take on this ?

What? It's 100% a joke. They said in that same episode that the Iceberg he lifted was the heaviest thing they could find for him to lift. Highly doubt that iceberg is even close to the weight of the moon. Also, I highly doubt they wouldn't shown him moving the moon during the montage if that was true.
I think the iceberg feat really puts the Omni-Man "Texas-sized meteor" feat into question.

We know that this Mark isn't drastically weaker than Omni-Man by orders of Magnitude. There is no chance Omni-Man can exert that much force over a short distance. Omni-Man probably pushed at that meteor for like days or something.

Mark didn't take hours for him to divert that asteroid that was going to destroy the country.

Tbf it's not that impressive even going with lesser showings

I think this is yet another a case of writers just not giving this much of a thought

Ultra dense ice.

I'm calling it now—Marky (Markus) is in fact Thragg level. Mark was on the ground after their fight, while he was still standing after whopping Allen.

We're going to get a statement on 3rd Gen Allen possibly being able to take Thragg solo, and even win, but that they can't risk him like that.

I keep forgetting that Bulletproof lost his left hand in the Invincible War (comic), which is the hand that is later fractured while fighting the Fraxans.

i hope the show gives Oliver more credit and a better fighting record in the show...in the comics the only fights he wins are against the Mauler twins.

How is that relevant to the scaling ? It's not like the Invincible variants have a defined level of strength, it was a crossover first and foremost

Nolan no-diff held a rocky mini-mountain up twice the size and dozen times the mass with one hand. This iceberg feats means as much as DCEU Superman struggling to hold a space shuttle. There’s like a dozen different feats better than it. Don’t be daft

We should've known they'd mess with the consistency of lifting feats when they shrunk the pillar he placed during Thraxan reconstruction following the Viltrumite battle.

They didn't mess with any consistency, it's only ******* powerscaling nerds online that care about that shit.

If you're getting mad about the pixel scaling in the show being inconsistent, you're the problem, and not the animators.

Is there any change about thraxa calc planned? Like a change of distance or smth since we are in the superclusted galaxy

What should Thaedus' Martial Arts justification be ? Just assume he was a world conqueror before rebelling ?

Hey, Season 4 seems to be coming soon-ish.

Makes sense considering we're getting an animated original Hell arc (likely before Bleach's one gets animated), it usually doesn't take as long to animate new content from scratch than adapting pre-existing material due to more creative freedoms and less going back to the source to adapt things just "right" (even though logically an adaptation should take less time than original/new content to produce).

Kinda like filler but not really since this new Invincible Vs the devil arc is canon.

there is no such thing as filler here because the TV show is its own thing. Also, it's like a second draft of the story.

Given the deviations and the alternate worlds already being a thing it might even be an alternate universe.

I updated this calc, I think it more scales to the durability of the viltrumites in the ring now: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:Hagane_no_Saiyajin/Characters_tank_the_whiplash_of_Viltrum's_explosion
Ah, I assume you're someone familiar with the work.
Alright, what do you think about this?
Could you please answer these questions, if you don't mind?

Not sure if this interests me as it would not scale to any AP, I will watch though
