Invincible AP, Speed, and LS Upgrades

Titan was able to fight on par with Battle Beast and Mark (Pre-Thraxa Fight) can fight on par with Titan. This should upgrade all of the Low-Tiers to "At least Low 6-B, likely far higher", "Massively FTL+", and "At least Class T, possibly Class Z"
This is further proved by Oliver being faster than a Post-Thraxa Fight Mark and the Mauler Twins should scale to him due to being able to fight him

Disagree as well, he was not "on par" with battle beast at all, he got a few punches in and then got sent flying plus we know Mark is far stronger than Titan which is the whole he reason why Titan uses him in the first place, Mark got absolutely destroyed by Battle Beast

As the person who made the Titan and Oliver blogs, I'll focus on the stuff that affects them specifically.

I disagree with Titan scaling to low 6-B or 7-A. Going by his feats, he's more consistently around wall level. Yes, he lands hits on Battle Beast, but Battle Beast later leaves the fight because he thought everyone was disappointing, so Titan being the same tier wouldn't make sense, especially given how fast he gets defeated. As for scaling to Mark, Titan does hurt a newbie Invincible and even took hits from him, but he lost once Mark got more serious, even being rendered unconscious, so I disagree with him being 7-A. Massively FTL+ is also inconsistent considering he gets hit by a shotgun blast.

Mark does call Oliver fast, but he does catch up to him, so I don't think Oliver is faster.
