Inuyasha Speed Calc :)

Well well well. I knew I forgot something when working on another calc. For some reason, we've watched the feat but ignored the speed... because it happened so FAST.
"Episode 20 of Yashaime btw"

We'll be focusing on Towa's Azure Dragon Wave for this blog.

Context: There will be two different speeds low and high. I don't really like the low one as it plays more on the cinematics of the episode and ultimately makes no sense once you start seeing how fast everything actually moves.

Lets start with the High.

High

speed-feat.png

(Look i could of added more but i think this was enough to get a general speed for this feat)
I only used pink to gold for this one as this is where i could see the dragon come out. (We're not even looking at the ground-to-sky speed. You'll see why later)

1050+208+1163+490 =2911px

2911px/405px =7.18765432099
Using the diameter from the (Accepted) Meteor Calc.

7.18765432099*118148.1481= 849208.047208 m (total distance traveled)

Time:
Untitled-1.png

(This is the first frame when the dragon comes out. )
This means this all took place in 581 milliseconds

V = D/T

849208.047208 /.581 =4261 Mach

Low

This is the beginning of when the dragon first comes out of the sword.
Meaning it all took place in 6.923 secs (This time is really a cinematic showing and doesn't make sense with the rest of the speed)

We're going to count the distance of that comet now
1050+208+1163+490+405 = 3316 px

3316 px / 405 =8.18765432
967356.195191 m (Full distance)
if we punch in the full time we get

408 Mach

(I did the groundwork as well)
Towa is also standing on Tokyo Tower and the observation deck is 249.6 meters
Looks like the comet was in the Mesosphere (85 kilometers) - (249.6 meters) =
84750.4 m + 967356.195191 m

= 1052106.6 meters
we then get

443 Mach

Results

Low: 443 Mach (Again this one is held back by the cinematic dragon showcase and then the series trying to show the audience what happened... but the moment it cuts tho...)

High: 4261 Mach (Dragon goes brr)

This actually scales to a few characters btw. Towa gained this power hereditary from her father Sesshomaru. We can assume his is just as fast. Also, Kirinmaru reacted and blocked this attack. Moroha's crimson dragon when using her demon blood powers also matched the speed of the twin verse of this attack so we can scale Crimson Dragon to this speed as well.

Put this in a blog for further evaluation.

Though I'm thinking this scales only to Moroha's attack speed, unless there's reason to believe anyone on the upper echelons has reacted to and parried the Soryuha.

Anyway, the high-end seems to make sense given that it finally gains full momentum after coming into contact with the meteor.

No action in here huh. lol I even got bored and calc'd the reaction speed. Not sure if it's even worth posting.
